Why do you use a click-pen format? Most lip balms are twist-ups.

We designed the click-pen on purpose as it keeps every dose fresh, precise, and clean.

Unlike twist-ups that stay exposed, the click-pen dispenses just what you need while keeping the rest sealed from air and contact (better for both hygiene and stability).

I am clicking my new Efpy pen, why is the balm not coming out?

The pump mechanism in click pens can sometimes need a little “first-use priming" i.e. 8–10 quick clicks to push out the air and get the balm moving.

For subsequent uses, just Click-Swipe-Breathe.

Can I use this if I'm on anxiety or other medication?

Always check with your healthcare provider first. Ingredients like L-theanine, lemon balm, green coffee, and B-vitamins are generally well-tolerated, but let's always stay safe!

Will this make me drowsy or jittery?

How long does one tube last?
