We currently ship within the United States using standard shipping services.
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Efpy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Efpy is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@efpybeauty.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
