It started with a simple belief.

Sure, all of that helps. But life isn't always that tidy. What if some of our existing habits could double up as wellness rituals?

That's where Efpy was born (pronounced as "F-P" which stands for Full Potential :)

I wanted something that didn't ask for more time or discipline. Something that felt like a natural part of my day. 

So I created it -
